April Rose – Workshops & Choreography Intensive
TribalDiva Belly Dance Company is excited to be hosting April Rose of Rose Movement Studio in Austin, Texas for her first time teaching in Australasia!
April has had an illustrious dance career including as a principal performer for Bellydance Superstars, and as a member of Unmata with Amy Sigil. April Rose is a sought after teacher and performer internationally, being a regular tutor at Tribal Massive in Las Vegas, and a featured teacher on Datura Online as well as running her own regular classes and intensives out of Rose Movement Studio in Austin, Texas.
On Sat 28 & Sun 29 July 2018 in Christchurch, New Zealand April will be teaching a weekend of workshops with an additional day of workshops on Mon 30 July available for dancers wishing to complete the Choreography Intensive.

*In intensive formats students will be given homework to share in class and will use the Liz Lerman method of giving feedback to one another.
Mon 30 July
*In intensive formats students will apply this process to aspects of their own project and to a group project.

- 1.00pm - 3.00pm: Workshop #2 – Intermediate Level Choreography (2hrs)

- 10am - 12.00pm: Workshop #3 – Advanced Level Choreography (2hrs)
- 1.00pm - 3.00pm: Workshop #4 – Choreography “The Tools” (first part of Choreography Intensive, 2 hrs)
